Steps for Memorial Purchase

Completion is around 4 weeks if memorial is in stock and there is no required completion date. This time frame is taken from confirmation of the proof.

If we need to order a monument, or designing a custom made one memorial, please allow 8-12 weeks for us to take delivery, depending on what part of our shipping cycle we are in.

No responsibility is held by us for a mistake on the memorial as the draft will have to have been signed off as correct by you (unless it is clearly our error) CHECK VERY CAREFULLY

50% deposit required once your memorial has been chosen, unless prior arrangement has been made.  At this point a proof is raised.

Balance required on completion.  Terms strictly 14 days from date of invoice issue.  If the memorial is ‘supply only’, it must be paid in full before it can be uplifted from your factory.

Overdue accounts are charged at 2% per month.

Full payment must be received and cleared before memorial is freighted or shipped to its destination (if not a local installation)

If your circumstances change, [unless you have commissioned a one-off custom design], you are able to alter the order, style chosen or completion date within reason (ie so long as the engraving hasn’t been started).

We do not ask for more payment than is required for each stage of the process, but do stipulate that all orders are completed within 3 years from the date of the first instalment.

Steps for Memorial Completion 

1)      Choose the style, colour & size of memorial.

2)      50% deposit required (unless otherwise arranged)

3)      Scale proof raised of the style and inscription, which is emailed or posted.

4)      Once confirmed correct, the order is placed in our system for completion by your required date.

5)      Balance payable on completion/installation
