When a family visits one of our showrooms or makes contact via telephone or email, we discuss size, shape, and colour of the memorial required. Layout details are discussed and required details are taken.
As an extra personal touch, a ceramic photograph or artwork design traceries can be added to the headstone. Ceramic photos can be blended in with wording or artwork. Backgrounds of photos can be changed, with a large variety to choose from. For the ultimate in personalization, the background image can be a photo you bring to us, like a favourite fishing spot, or the family farm – don’t worry if there are other people in the photograph, as they can be removed.
We have the best scanners, so please supply us with an original image, [not a copy], therefore the best result can be obtained. If the photograph was taken with a digital camera, then please email or bring in the file at full resolution. Our target resolution is 400 DPI at the finished photoceramic size. This means for an average size photo of 8cm x 10cm, a 500 kb file [of the person, not the whole group] is about the minimum file size. 1MB is better, but 2 MB is preferable.
Our expert craftsmen can place additional inscriptions to existing headstones. Lettering is matched up by hand if needed, but executed with such precision, the previous and new work blend perfectly.

Cleaning is carried out by a chemical application, therefore a first class result is achieved. Renovation work is always quoted, as the options available can vary. Older, full cover graves with broken concrete and steel work, can be transformed after the treatment, with an existing headstone being reset, and a new lawn laid in front.
